I took my 2006 Polo Classic to VAS-Tech after putting off some repairs for a long time, and I was quite anxious about bringing it in. The whole process was easy: I started with an email, continued on WhatsApp and booked the car in without any hassle.
Ashley was excellent to deal with. He took the time to talk me through things, and the way he treated me put me at ease and made me feel I’d brought the car to the right place.
The team fixed the door locks, windscreen washers and wipers, along with several mechanical issues. They even found the missing piece for the front bumper, which made a huge difference to me. I’m very happy to have the car back and working properly.

We recently took our Audi to VAS Tech after experiencing several issues, including problems with the ECU, intake manifold, injectors, and a broken thread/master bolt on the intake.

The team at VAS Tech was able to accurately pinpoint the issues and work on resolving them. We did experience a few issues after the initial repairs, but what I really appreciated was that VAS Tech did not leave us to deal with them on our own. We went back to them, and they were able to investigate and fix the issues.

Throughout the process, they kept me regularly updated, which I really appreciated. Their service was professional, patient and thorough. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they took the time to explain the issue in detail and make sure I understood what was happening with the car. This gave me confidence that our vehicle was in good hands.

I would highly recommend VAS Tech to anyone looking for professional and reliable service.

One suggestion for improvement: It would be great if VAS Tech could consider offering a courtesy car or assisting customers with transport to the nearest mall while their vehicles are being serviced. This would make the experience even more convenient for customers.

Between Ashley and Uncle Karriem as well as the workshop staff; a wealth of knowledge and experience is imparted to any client that requests a booking for his/her vehicle. My water pump and thermostat housing was replaced due to failure, a coolant flush was also done. Coolant level was consistent and held volume. No more leaks for me....I will definitely be back...Thanks guys...
