Between Ashley and Uncle Karriem as well as the workshop staff; a wealth of knowledge and experience is imparted to any client that requests a booking for his/her vehicle. My water pump and thermostat housing was replaced due to failure, a coolant flush was also done. Coolant level was consistent and held volume. Great service from VAS TEC!

They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle (2015 VW Polo 6C) and repairing the BCM issue.

It’s easy for a mechanic to look good when everything goes perfectly, but you see their true quality when unexpected challenges pop up, as was the case with my repair. There were a few hiccups with the replacement BCM unit which prolonged the process, but VAS TEC took full liability and handled it brilliantly, even though the fault wasn't on their side.

A huge thanks to Ashley and the team for ensuring the repair was carried out the right way. I'll definitely be sticking with you guys down the line. Highly recommended!
